Where the Red Fern Grows

Where the Red Fern Grows by Wilson Rawls is an amazing book because it is so happy in the beginning because he finally gets his dogs, but it is so sad in the end, but I can't tell you why. You HAVE to read this book for yourself. It is so amazing.

  36. When billy had finally recieved his dogs from Tahlequah, he kept mumbling nam4s fro his dogs, but none of the names really fit the dogs. He finally took a look at a tree and in a big hart carved into the tree, the names "Dan" and "Ann". The name dan was bigger andf it looked bolder than the name ann, But tyhe name ann was neater and starighter. The names explained the dogs well becuase the boy dog was bolder than the girl dog becuase the girl dog was more neat and she looked like a perfection.
