No Limits - The Will to Succeed

No Limits - The Will to Succeed by Michael Phelps with Alan Abrahamson is a book about Michael Phelps and his eight gold medals in swimming. He was the first person in swimming history to earn eight gold medals in one Olympics. A lot of people didn't believe he could earn the eight gold medals in one Olympics, but he did it. My favorite part of the the book was where he beat Cavic (pronouced Chavich) from Serbia, by 1/100 of a second in the 100 meter butterfly finals. It was amazing. I recommend this book to anybody who wants to do something big.

  1. Brandon, I liked this book too. My favorite part was learning that the Associated Press had filed a news "flash" when the U.S. team (Phelps, Lezak, Jones and Weber-Gale) won the 800 meter medley relay. In the past, The Associated Press had only reserved the "flash" for "transcendent developments." Through the years, such developments were as momentous as the shooting of President Kennedy, the first moon landing and the falling of the Twin Towers.
